NET MAUI Developer for MSAL Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Graph Integration

I need some help with a .NET MAUI project and figured this would be a good place to post. I'm working on a mobile app and I need to add a login system. The main goal is to let users sign in with their work or school Microsoft accounts—what used to be called Azure AD, now it's Microsoft Entra ID. After they log in, the app needs to quietly go and grab some of their basic info, like their name and email from Microsoft Graph, to personalize the experience. I have an existing MAUI app, so this is about integrating the authentication piece. I've tried to piece it together myself from docs, but honestly, I’d rather pay an expert to get it done right. The token handling and secure storage especially need to be rock solid. Here’s what I think needs to be done Add the MSAL library to the .NET MAUI project. Set up the app registration in the Microsoft Entra ID portal correctly. Build a simple, clean login screen. Make sure the app can silently get a new token if the user is already signed in. Securely store the authentication tokens. Use that token to call the Microsoft Graph API and get the user's profile. Display the user's name and maybe their profile picture in the app. You’re the right person for this if you’ve actually done this before. I need to see that you have hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and MSAL. If you’ve made calls to Microsoft Graph in a mobile app, that’s a huge plus. It would be great if you could also think about the little things, like what happens if the network is down or the login fails. The user experience should be smooth. This is a fixed-price project. I'm thinking it might take a couple of weeks, but I'm open to your timeline estimate. If you're interested, please reply. Just tell me a bit about yourself and your experience with MAUI and MSAL. Links to any apps you've worked on would be awesome. Let me know what you would charge to get this done.

Data Entry/Support Expert for Recruitment Database

I run a small recruitment agency. We're in the civil engineering sector, mostly placing people with contractors who do groundworks, remediation, that kind of thing. It's a tight-knit world and knowing the right people is everything. Our database of remediation contractors needs working on. It's a mix of outdated contacts, half-finished company profiles, and scribbled notes on the back of digital napkins. We use Recruit CRM and we need to get this sorted, properly, from the ground up. I'm looking for one person to just... own this. This isn't about making calls or sales. It's a deep, focused data and research project. It's the unsexy but absolutely critical work of building a solid foundation. What I Need You To Do, Specifically: Live inside Recruit CRM for a bit. You'll be adding new remediation contractors and fixing the old ones. Tag every single company with the "Remediation" sector tag. No exceptions. Figure out where they're based and assign a region: New York, Chicago, Austin, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Antonio, Dallas, Philadelphia, etc. This is the main research part: use LinkedIn and company websites to find the actual decision-makers. Think Ops Directors, Project Directors, Commercial Directors. The people who actually hire. For each person, get their name, job title, LinkedIn profile, and if you can find it, email and phone. Then link them to the right company in the CRM. Apply our simple tier system. Tier 1 is our core clients, Tier 2 are active prospects we're pursuing, Tier 3 are ones to keep warm for the future. Keep a simple log in Excel or something so we can both see the progress. Who Would Be a Good Fit for This: You've used Recruit CRM before, or something very similar like Bullhorn or another ATS. This is the main thing. You need to know your way around a CRM. You're a wizard on LinkedIn. You know how to cut through the noise and find the right person in a company. You have an eye for detail. This is key. I don't want guesses or almost-rights. The value here is in the accuracy. You've done data enrichment or admin work before. You understand that this kind of work, while repetitive, is important. It would be a huge bonus if you have any familiarity with construction, civil engineering, or remediation. You'll understand the roles and company structures faster. But if you're a quick learner, it's not a dealbreaker. It's a one-off project to start. I'm being upfront about that. But, if you do a killer job and we work well together, we have other databases that need the same love next like Earthworks and general Civils. So there's a clear path to more work.

Rockstar content writer for a new Airbnb-style startup

I’m building a new platform for short-term rentals (think Airbnb/VRBO) and I need a talented traditional content writer (Not AI content writer). This is more than just writing blog posts. Your content MUST be authentic, relatable and emotion driven. I need someone who can wear two very different hats: Hat #1: The Storyteller This is the fun, creative part. I need you to write the copy that makes people excited to use the platform. Your job will be to: Write clear and welcoming copy for the homepage and key landing pages. Craft compelling descriptions of the platform's features and benefits. Develop helpful FAQ sections and help center articles for new users. Brainstorm and write engaging blog posts (e.g., "Top 10 Tips for First-Time Hosts," "Hidden Gems in (City)"). Draft email sequences for welcoming new users and promoting new features. The tone here should be friendly, trustworthy, and inspiring. Hat #2: The Rule-Setter (The Important, Not-So-Sexy Stuff) This is the critical, must-get-right part. I need someone who can write clear, comprehensive, and legally-sound terms and conditions. This isn't just copying and pasting from another site or using AI. I need documents that are tailored to the unique dynamics of our platform and will be used in our user verification process. This includes: Terms of Service for the overall platform. A clear Privacy Policy. A dedicated Guest Agreement covering cancellations, house rules, and responsibilities. A dedicated Host Agreement covering payouts, listing requirements, and liabilities. General Community Guidelines. While a lawyer will do the final sign-off, I need you to provide a watertight first draft that shows you truly understand the legal and practical nuances of short-term rentals. This is a remote, contract project with the potential for ongoing work as we grow. Please let me know your rate, whether you prefer a fixed project fee or an hourly rate. Submit your proposal including: A quick intro about yourself and why you're the right person for this dual-role. Links to your portfolio or writing samples. It's crucial I see examples of both your engaging content and any TOS/policy work. Your rate and a rough estimate of how long you think it would take to tackle this. Any direct experience you have with short-term rental platforms, either as a writer, host, or super-user.
