Power BI Developer for Analytics

We run operations for a mid sized logistics company with 14 distribution centres across the UK and Ireland. For the past three years we have been tracking what we call our health metrics leading factors like driver turnover rates by location, warehouse capacity utilisation, fuel cost projections, and customer satisfaction survey trends. Then we have the lagging factors actual delivery times, revenue per route, incident reports, and quarterly P&L by facility. Right now all of this lives in a sprawling Excel workbook that one of our former analysts built. It has 37 tabs and takes about 20 minutes to refresh manually. Every month one of my supervisors spends two full days copy pasting data from various sources into it just so we can see if our leading indicators actually predicted our lagging results. What I need is someone who can take this and build us a proper Power BI solution. Not just a pretty dashboard but a tool that actually helps us understand if actions we take today at a specific facility will show up in next quarters performance numbers. The core requirement is location level drill down. When we are looking at the Liverpool hub versus the Glasgow hub the leading factors are completely different. Liverpool struggles with driver retention while Glasgow has warehouse space constraints. Selecting one location should instantly show me the metrics that matter for that specific operation with zero clutter from the others. I also need robust filtering by date ranges obviously but also by manager, by route type, by customer segment. And the export function must be seamless because our regional directors still want to pull raw numbers into their own quarterly presentations and I cannot change that culture overnight. Need ongoing help adding products to eCommerce store Shopify WooCommerce CMS data entry

I have a backlog of about 150 products that need to be listed on my website, and I am looking for someone to help me get them live. There is no coding involved and you do not need any design skills. You will be working directly inside my Shopify admin panel or WooCommerce dashboard depending on the batch of products. For each item you will need to upload the product images that I provide, write the title exactly as it appears on my spec sheet, input the description which is already prepared, set the correct price and compare at price if applicable, and assign the item to the proper collection or category like kitchenware or wall art. Attention to detail is very important here. Some products have variations like size or color and I need those set up correctly so customers can select the right option. I also need the image order to make sense, usually the main product shot first followed by lifestyle images. If this initial batch goes well I have new products arriving every month and I would love to have a reliable person to hand this off to on an ongoing basis. It is not a high pressure fast paced job but I do need someone who communicates well and can stick to a simple style guide I will provide. It takes me an hour to upload 3-4 products so I estimated it'll take an expert 35 - 40 hours to upload the entire 150 products.
