We invested in a clean, modern recruitment website built on the Orchid AI platform. It works well for candidates. Our team, however, uses a separate custom admin panel hosted on Vercel to manage and publish job listings. Right now, the two systems do not talk. When we add or update a job in our admin panel, nothing happens on the live website. Our process involves a manual, error-prone workaround that is costing us time and causing us to miss candidates. We need someone to connect these two worlds. The goal is that when our team hits publish in our admin system, that job listing appears or updates on the Orchid frontend in real time. The frontend must stay on Orchid, we cannot rebuild it. I believe the solution is either to link our Vercel hosted admin panel directly to the same database that Orchid uses, or to build a secure API from our admin data that the Orchid site can poll or that can push updates to it.
