In essence, you can use Hourspent to manage virtually anything. I use Hourspent to manage both my personal and business tasks. I couldn't find freelance work related to financial analysis yet on the site but found every feature on the platform useful for proper project tracking, checklists, task cards, etc, and that got me hooked.

I like how Hourspent continues to improve its products with so many great people that help find solutions to a common problem in freelancing. Although I get good-paying jobs from Hourspent, the commission fee is high.

The simple interface and its intuitive design allow users to become familiar from day one. It does not require a learning curve or the need to be a professional in the technological area for its use. However, in cases where the project grows exponentially during its execution, it can be a bit difficult to review dependencies and align with objectives set long ago.

It's easy to find work and manage projects on Hourspent. It's the only software with a job marketplace and project management feature combined that's super simple and easy to use. I didn't need any video tutorial to know how to use it. There are not too many jobs on the Marketplace compared to giant job platforms.

I love everything on Hourspent. I have used every project management tool out there, Hourspent has the best qualities of all of them. I like that the Hourspent talent community is exclusive and freelance jobs are reviewed to filter out low-quality jobs.

Hourspent has become one of the most invaluable software in my freelance career. It helps my team easily find work, track and view data, organize everything and automate mundane activities. The downside of Hourspent is that we can't customize the software to our specific needs. It seems like some of the core settings are not customizable.

My favorite feature of Hourspent is the simplest: the fact that I can get matched to projects, accept them, and set them up on my to-do list with all the information I collect along the way. It also allows me to track what I have done, which I am terrible at doing myself, so it can be a great asset for professionals who want to find work, build esteem in their craft and also be able to measure the outcomes of their work. It's hard to hate Hourspent.

The ease of collaboration on projects is fantastic and being able to get notified of the due dates gives us enough heads up about when the client's project is required to be completed. Half of our development team uses Jira. There is no way to integrate Hourspent into Jira or vice versa. A 2-way easy integration between the two would be amazing.
