The best way to bring the right people ( People outside and inside your company) and information together in one place is to add them to stream in Hourspent. You can add as many as you want to a particular stream. Here's how to do it;

1. Click on the Workstream menu.

2. Open the stream you'd like to add people to.

3. Click on the “+” icon at the top of the stream.

4. Copy the invitation link and send it to them.

Or

4. Add their email addresses and a personal note, then click on the Send Invite button.

When they accept your invitation, you need to grant them access to the stream by clicking on the "Grant access" option on their picture drop-down.
