1. Fill and submit the job posting form

freelancers can view and submit their proposals. You can either reject or
accept proposals after careful evaluation. However, with Hourspent Auto Match,
Hourspent automatically matches your job to the right fit thereby, saving you precious
time spent in reviewing each freelancer’s proposal. Then, you can proceed to
award the job to the talent selected.
3. Be clear about your expectations on
timing, job quality and delivery from the start. We advise that you frequently
communicate as much as is necessary with the freelancer you have newly hired, and
regularly review long-stretching work to prevent any fatal error on your
project arising from any communication gap.

the “Hire” button on a freelancer’s proposal takes you to the payment gateway
powered by Stripe. There, you can add
