To access and hire freelance talent on Hourspent, you need to post your project to the Hourspent Marketplace.

Below are steps to post your project:

1. Sign in to your Hourspent account or sign up.

2. On your homepage, click the "Add Project" button (The Add Project button is inside the "Marketplace" section).

You will get connected to Lisa, your assistant on Hourspent. Lisa will need your project title, description, budget, talent location, and any attachments for submission. Questions such as your budget and attachment are optional.

Your project will be submitted to the Hourspent review team for review. Once approved, it gets published to the Hourspent Marketplace for pre-vetted freelance talents to find and submit their proposals.

For each proposal submitted, a stream is created automatically in your Workstream with the proposal in it. At the top of the stream is the talent's profile picture.

Below are steps to view the talent's profile:

1. Click on the talent's profile picture.

2. Click on the "View profile" option from the drop-down.

We recommend you view each talent's profile to learn more about them and their previous work.

Each proposal submitted has an "Accept proposal" button. When you click on it, it takes you to the Hourspent payment gateway powered by Stripe to deposit into your Escrow wallet. Once done, Hourspent notifies the talent to start working.

Although each freelance talent on Hourspent is pre-vetted, we recommend you discuss with the talent to know if they are the ideal talent for the job. Do not accept a talent proposal without discussing it with them.
