Assessment
The first step is to apply to become an Hourspent Fellow. If you are shortlisted, we set up your learning environment with tasks. You will need to attempt a minimum of five of them to help us know your level of competence and areas you will likely need help. The tasks are non-paying assessments to get to know you, your skill level, and if you are the ideal candidate for this program.
Interview
Based on your assessment score, we will invite you for an interview. The interviewers are mostly Hourspent Fellows who have spent at least six months with us and know what works and what does not within the niche you will be enrolling in. However, they do not make the final decision. Hourspent training team evaluates the entire interview process and makes the final decision.
Approval
You will receive an invitation to our two-month training if you pass the interview. Hourspent two-month training comprises both self-learning and group learning with a trainer. You will be learning with other groups onsite or virtually. We recommend you practice what you've learned in your own space and prepare for practical tests after two months. If you pass the final test, you'll become an Hourspent Fellow, working closely with top freelance experts on paid projects.
