We made it easy to access your pending proposal, invoice, and deposit request that got mixed up with your conversations and are way up your Stream. Yes, we bundled up proposals, invoices, and deposit requests to make it easy to cancel, approve or decline them. You can now locate any pending invoice, proposal, and deposit request on the left side of your Stream. Not only the pending ones, but those also approved, canceled, and declined are bundled-up too.
These “bundles” are brand-new resources for your projects. If you used quite a few proposals or invoicing software in the past, you would notice there are still quite a few bumps. Although Hourspent proposal and invoicing tool may be familiar with the ones you used in the past, they complement Hourspent Workstream. Therefore, bundling them up right at the left side of your Stream will help you, your teams, and freelance talents manage proposals, invoices, and deposit requests.
The best way to get a feel for this new update is to view them. Visit your Hourspent Workstream, and click on any of your streams that have a pending proposal, invoice, or deposit request in it. Look at the top-left corner of your desktop screen to see them all bundled up. If you are on mobile, you can find them inside the first icon beside the list of people that are part of the stream. Click on the icon and see all of them lined up. If you cannot see them, you might need to clear your browser cache.
